Aerial Imagery
Seeing things from a new perspective can be helpful! With drone photography, you have access to a birds eye view of the property and its surrounding areas. Allowing potential buyers the ability to not only see the property up close but also bigger picture.
Twilight Shoot
Blue hour, or twilight is one of the best times to photograph the exterior of a home. It only happens twice a day, just before the sun rise, and right after the sun sets. The light is perfect and the skies are often a mix of sunset colors.
A house photographed at twilight will most definitely stand out to potential buyers and evoke a sense of comfort and coziness as if they can see themselves in the home at that moment.
With a little more time and planning involved a twilight shoot is a must!
2D Floor Plans
With this added feature, our goal is to give you and the potential buyers a better understanding of the homes interior layout and also how it flows from one space to another.
We create the floor plan on site, using a LiDAR scanner. Once the scan is finished and processed, you will have a clear, detailed 2D map of the home complete with room labels, dimensions, and fixed furniture.
24 Hour Turn Around
Some say time is money, but I disagree. Time is not money, because it’s more important than money.
